Tuition and Fees 2025 - 2026

The yearly Tuition for lessons is based on 34 Teaching Weeks in the 2025 - 2026 year, September 2, 2025 through May 28, 2026 and is payable in nine equal monthly installments. Biannual or annual payments are also accepted. Tuition for this year:
  • $236 per month for 50-minute lessons
  • $213 per month for 45-minute lessons
  • $189 per month for 40-minute lessons (available only for the youngest students)

  • In addition to Tuition, a non-refundable $100 per year per student Recital and Materials Fee will be charged with the first payment to cover:
    • Cost of music books 
    • Cost of registration for Recitals, Festivals, and other Performances (excluding RCM Exam fees)
    • Other materials
    • Lending library

Tuition Policies

  • Payments may be made by cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer. Automatic bank transfer is recommended for ease of payment, because you can have your bank mail a check automatically on the dates you set up. Payment is due by the 8th of each month.
  • Tuition is not reduced for student absences of any kind.
  • Students are expected to commit to the full year of piano study, September - May. If you need to discontinue lessons for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible.
  • Tuition will be prorated for students who join the studio mid-year.​
  • Discounts are not given for multiple students in the same family.
  • There is no additional Registration fee.
  • A late fee of $10 may be added to the next bill for payments received later than the 8th of the month.
  • Those who are chronically late with payments may be dismissed from the studio.​
  • Summer Lessons and payments are billed separately.
